If you would like support around cancer or overall wellness so you can reach personal health goals, you've already taken your first step by visiting this site. Being proactive in your health and learning how to nourish your body and soul with the right tools in diet and lifestyle can change your life. At the age of 27 I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I gradually transitioned from being a tired, stressed-out, fast-food and sweets junkie with constant digestive issues and suddenly fighting cancer, to being the happiest and healthiest I've ever felt in my life. If I can completely turn my health and life around, you can too, and I'm here to help.

Mission
My mission is to help you find freedom in food, simply and holistically. Eating well and feeling amazing doesn’t need to be complicated or inconvenient. I empower women in holistic food and lifestyle choices by helping them to “get back to the basics,” build kitchen confidence, learn to listen to their bodies, and break free from traditional concepts of nutrition and dieting. Through innovative, personalized programs, I support clients in embracing real, whole, locally grown food as a means to combat and prevent stress, disease and fatigue and create healthy, high-functioning bodies and passion in life.

Health Coaching
As a health coach, I provide a supportive environment that allows you to focus on your needs surrounding food and lifestyle. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you. You will make gradual, step-by-step changes that will enable you to achieve your current and future health goals and give you the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. Real food changes everything! As your daily diet changes, your body changes and your happiness improves.

Holistic Focus
A Holistic Focus means that other areas in your life beyond diet are taken into account. It's often these aspects in our lives that create joy, stress, anxiety and other emotions that motivate food choices and patterns. One element cannot be fully addressed without considering the others.

Holistic Nutrition
Traditional nutrition usually focuses on calories, carbohydrate-fat-protein ratios and lists of restricted foods. While these are all important parts of nutrition, they do not encompass the entire picture or work successfully in most of our lives for the long term. Holistic Nutrition realizes that no one diet works for everyone, and it thrives on the idea that eating well should be flexible, fun, simple and intuitive.
